At Hallowed Rose, we are committed to getting your western glam favorites to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods (launches, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We offer flat-rate and calculated shipping at checkout based on your location.
  • FREE shipping on orders $60+ (U.S. only).

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Hallowed Rose is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package is handed over to the carrier, Hallowed Rose is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We are always happy to help guide you if needed.


Local Pickup (If Applicable)

Local customers can shop in person at:

If local pickup is offered, you will receive an email when your order is ready.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:
